09/15/2021CSKA surprised the children at the Edouard Seguin Center on the first day of school
On September 15, CSKA 1948 prepared an unforgettable surprise for the children from the Edouard Seguin Center for Special Educational Support in the capital.
The player of The Reds Stefan Statev together with the mascot Army and the marketing team of the club visited the children on their special first day of school.
The mood at the Special Educational Support Center was wonderful and the initiative will surely leave a lasting memory in the hearts of the kids.
On the festive day, they all received special gift sets of T-shirts and school materials personally from the winger of The Reds, while Army organized fun relay games for the students, which put a bunch of smiles on their faces and those of their parents.
CSKA will continue to surprise children in the capital with more games and gifts during this school year. In line with the club's policy to boldly rely on Bulgarian talent, taking their first steps in professional football with the red jersey, we at CSKA believe that the future is in the young people in the country and that they deserve more and more attention and support.
The Edouard Seguin Center accepts students from 1st to 12th grade, with a current total of around 120. They are prepared according to individual programs for children with special learning needs, studying all subjects taught in the schools in the country.
In addition to this, the children have therapeutic lessons with a psychologist, speech therapist, motor development lessons and art therapy. For pupils with more serious communication difficulties, a computer system is also used for additional alternative communication.
Edouard Seguin' teachers told our team that there is a short but extremely important principle when working with the kids at the Center: "If you give them love, you get the same!"
