CSKA 1948 with a 2:1 win in Varna after a comeback

CSKA 1948 won 2:1 against Cherno in a match of the eleventh round of the efbet League.

The success is first for The Reds in an away game in the championship after the amazing performance in the last three matches as host.

Galin Ivanov and Martin Kamburov scored for the team, and in order to reach the victory, The Reds had to make a complete turnaround at “Ticha” stadium.

The match started without serious goal chances. In the 12th minute Daniel Naumov intervened after a shot by Andrade. The hosts were the first to strike in the 21st minute, when Courier scored with a header. The goal, instead of surprising the "Army", seems to motivate them for an even better game at “Ticha”.

In the 29th minute Vasil Shopov caught up with a seemingly doomed ball on the outline. The playmaker turned immediately and in the small space he had, with one touch overcame a defender of the guests parallel to the outline and left him behind. An accurate pass to Galin Ivanov followed, who from the penalty spot scored for 1:1. Undoubtedly, Shopov's performance with the assist for the goal will remain in the ranking for the best goal passes during the season.

A little later, the hosts had claims for handball in the penalty area of Shopov after a shot by Stefan Velev. However, the referee Georgi Dimitrov remained silent. A minute before the end of the first half Aleksander Aleksandrov crossed but Martin Kamburov with the header failed to make a complete comeback before the break.

The second half began with a dangerous header by Isa. In the 63rd minute CSKA stunned the "sailors". Martin Kamburov headed the ball to Galin Ivanov, who broke away from the defense – a foul followed. The referee pointed to the white dot. By the end, CSKA tightened its defensive actions and left no chances for Cherno more. Thus The Reds reached an important success, stepping on the 3^rd place in efbet League.
