CSKA 1948 was founded with the mission to preserve alive the army spirit and to revive CSKA after the disgraceful deliberate bankruptcy in 2016. Our vision is to continue the tradition of Bulgarian Army – with cool heads and warm hearts to win each battle even the one that seems doomed at first glance. With honour and discipline, we are to cover our way back to the top.

The objectives in the Sport and Technical Plan are consistent with the rich history and traditions of CSKA. The team of CSKA 1948 should always struggle for the first place and be a model to be followed. On the way back to the top, we will build a team of Bulgarian players who will delight the fans with their devotion in the matches. At the same time, we will work for the permanent development of the school for children and youths using a methodology to create football players for the first team.
